The OTG Ross Puffer is a mock-neck zip-front jacket featuring a lightweight polyester shell with a DWR water-resistant finish and recycled polyester insulation. A packable design makes it easy to bring along when the weather turns.

The Jacket is comfortable and looks really nice. I love that it is packable. I'm not sure I'm sold on the buttons as opposed to a zipper. It's a cool style but it lets the air in/out. Do not buy this jacket to protect from the cold. As the description says, it's more of a 40 degree's and above jacket. Price is fair for the product.
