This is a shoe for crazy people, and I am one of them. Would never use these for hiking because the fish net crosses the bottom of the shoe. Granted - this is an unusual shoe with a distinctive design - that's precisely what hooked me. What I did not expect was the comfort - especially barefoot, this shoe feels like its massaging my feet. I can wear them a really long time without fatigue.
