Description

The Black Diamond Solution Harness provides unequaled comfort and versatility for all styles of rock climbing. The Contour Edge leg loops and waist maintain rigidity in the center and soften at the edges, which reduces pressure points and contours to the shape of the body. The latest Solution includes updated gear loops with enough real estate to rack 15 quickdraws per side, so you can comfortably carry a double rack and link pitches. A seamless Infinity Loop for belaying and an easy-to-find rear fifth gear loop finish out the feature set for this all-around climbing staple.

I have limited experience climbing, and I was just looking for a harness to be able to get into the sport. This harness does the job perfectly. I would caution against blindly picking a size though, because even though I am very tall and wear Large clothing, I think a medium would have been more my size. Either way, a tremendous first purchase I am very satisfied with.

This harness has everything I’d want for sport and top rope. I was sorely tempted by the zone harness for that sweet purple color but it seemed like overkill. I bought this because it seemed like a great compromise between comfort and utility, plus the infinity belay loop is incredible.
