A statement-making straw fashion hat, the Enigma combines our legendary craftsmanship with a bold silhouette and eye-catching details. Handwoven one strand at a time in the U.S.A. from high-quality 100% shantung straw, it has a 4 ½” pinch front crown with a 4” brim, and it’s fitted with a medium grosgrain band and 2-ply cord wrap with gold-tone concho. I have the wool felt version, so I bought the straw version. I liked the feel and look of the wool. The straw looks as good as the wool, fits well, light on the head. Both are very attractive hats, I prefer a wide brim, 4 inches. As with Stetson hats it is sturdy, well made, so far has taken a bit of a beating. I take care of my hats but I waer them. I recommend the straw version.
