Description

Stay sharp without the hassle of sharpening. It is truly remarkable what the Deli knife will cut. Of course, breads, bagels and tomatoes with aplomb. It will also cut a whole chicken in half through the bone. It will cut artichoke leaves with ease. The question isn't “what will it cut” but “what won't it?” Everyone has someone in their life whose butter knives are the sharpest in the drawer. Chances are, these folks have lost their joy for cooking because they can’t easily cut up their ingredients. So, many of these folks buy pre-cut fruits and vegetables that are never fresh and never good. Well, this knife is for them. The serrated edge keeps slicing effortlessly for a very, very, very long time. After years of service, if it feels a bit dull, it can be sent back for free to be re-sharpened.

I make my living with my knives. This thing glides thru tomatoes! It’s such a joy to use…

Nice to have a smaller serrated blade for many everyday cutting jobs. I was especially pleased with its sharpness/minimization of any damage when cutting through a crisp spanakopita...the crisp phyllo dough was smoothly cut by the blade, something that only the sharpest of knives could do so cleanly. The knife has a beautiful feel and balance in my hand....esthetically pleasing in every regard…
